Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every hospital that tries SpatiaMed to feel confident about the decision. This policy describes our refund and cancellation commitments.

1. 30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you start a paid subscription and decide within 30 days that SpatiaMed isn't delivering value, contact us at hello@spatiamed.com and we will refund your first month's subscription fee in full. No questions asked.

2. Monthly subscription refunds

After the 30-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If we are responsible for an extended outage (see SLA in our Terms of Service), credits will be applied to your next billing cycle, not refunded to your payment method.

3. Setup fee

The one-time setup fee you paid is refundable in full if you cancel within 30 days of your account activation, subject to the kiosk tablet being returned in original condition (see hardware policy below).

After 30 days, the setup fee is non-refundable. It covers the cost of the tablet, pre-configuration, shipping, and on-site installation.

4. Hardware (kiosk tablet)

The kiosk tablet shipped as part of the setup is the property of the subscribing hospital. It is non-refundable once setup is completed on site, except within the 30-day window described above.

If you return the tablet within 30 days, it must be in its original condition and packaging. We will inspect the device and issue a refund of the setup fee within 7 business days of receiving the return.

Hardware that is damaged, lost, or not returned within the 30-day window is not eligible for a setup fee refund.

5. Refund process

To request a refund, write to hello@spatiamed.com with your account email and the reason for the refund. We will confirm receipt within one business day and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your portal settings or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again. Your portal data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, during which you may export it.
